At Asteroid World, we are committed to helping our members lower their cost of living. Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary discount networks and private member benefits, we have established the following policy regarding subscriptions and cancellations.
1. Subscription Billing
Access to the Asteroid World Discount Network is provided via a recurring monthly or annual subscription fee ("Subscription"). By signing up, you authorize Asteroid World to charge your provided payment method via our secure gateway (Authorize.net) on a recurring basis until you cancel.
2. Automatic Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted access to your member benefits, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the current subscription rate using the payment method on file.
3. Cancellation Policy
You are in control of your membership and may cancel at any time.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly through your Account Settings dashboard or by emailing our support team at support@asteroidworld.com.
Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all member discounts and site features until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our network and the immediate delivery of discount codes and member-only information, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Exception: If you have not logged into the members-only area or redeemed any discounts, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Billing Transparency
To help you identify your subscription, charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as:
"ASTEROIDWORLD"

The "Contact" Part: Make sure support@asteroidworld.com is a working email address. Banks will often send a test email to see if you actually respond.
