Leadership Structure

Asteroid World is a Private Economic Association governed by a centralized, founder-led leadership model. This structure ensures the Association remains stable, aligned, and capable of negotiating long-term economic benefits for its members without disruption or external interference.

The Association is designed to operate as a unified economic force, preserving consistency in its mission while allowing for growth and expansion across multiple sectors.

Office of the Chairman

The Office of the Chairman serves as the supreme governing authority of Asteroid World. The Chairman is the architect of the Association’s strategy and the final authority over its direction, structure, and operations.

The Chairman holds plenary power over all Association affairs, including financial strategy, membership standards, partnerships, and internal structure. All decisions ultimately rest with the Office of the Chairman to ensure clarity, protection, and long-term alignment.

The Office of the Chairman is established as a perpetual seat, structured for generational continuity. The sitting Chairman retains the exclusive right to designate a Successor, whether by appointment, estate, or trusted assignment, ensuring that the Association’s mission and economic integrity are preserved across generations.

The current Chairman is King Asteroid.

Executive Council

The Chairman may convene an Executive Council composed of trusted advisors and specialists.

This body exists to provide high-level insight on strategy, market conditions, legal frameworks, and expansion opportunities. The Council serves in a consultative capacity only and operates at the discretion of the Chairman.

The Executive Council does not possess governing authority, voting rights over core decisions, or the ability to override the Office of the Chairman.

Operational Leadership

The Association may appoint Directors or Officers to manage specific areas such as operations, partnerships, member services, or benefit development.

All appointed individuals act as agents of the Association and operate under the authority and direction of the Office of the Chairman. These roles exist to support execution and growth while maintaining centralized leadership.

Private Membership Contract

Asteroid World operates within a private contractual framework.

Membership is granted through private agreement and participation within the Association. Participation is considered a privilege based on alignment with the Association’s purpose and standards.

The Office of the Chairman retains the authority to define membership criteria, approve participation, and remove any member whose actions conflict with the integrity or economic interests of the Association.

This structure ensures that the Association’s collective bargaining power—across insurance, housing, and economic opportunities—remains consistent, protected, and free from internal instability.
