Name and Structure

Asteroid World operates as a Private Economic Association, functioning through a private membership structure. The Association exists as a founder-led organization designed to unite independent earners, entrepreneurs, and value providers under a shared economic network.

Purpose of the Association

Asteroid World exists to reduce costs for its members through collective buying power, increase access to opportunities, resources, and partnerships, and facilitate value exchange within a private network.

The Association is designed to strengthen the financial position and independence of its members while building a system that creates long-term economic opportunity. Its purpose extends beyond any single product or service and is centered on collective growth and access.

Membership

Membership is open to individuals and entities who align with the purpose of the Association. This includes independent earners, entrepreneurs, workers, service providers, businesses, and individuals seeking to participate in a value-driven economic network.

Membership is voluntary and based on agreement to the Association’s terms, policies, and private structure. Members join with the understanding that they are entering a private network built on participation, contribution, and shared benefit.

Members are expected to act in good faith, provide value where applicable, and respect other members within the Association. Participation may include offering services, discounts, opportunities, or engagement within the network, depending on each member’s role.

Governance and Leadership

The governance of Asteroid World is vested in the Office of the Chairman.

The Chairman serves as the highest authority within the Association and is responsible for guiding its direction, structure, and long-term mission. This includes oversight of operations, strategic development, partnerships, and the preservation of the Association’s economic integrity.

The initial Chairman is King Asteroid, who holds full authority over the Association.

The Chairman retains the exclusive right to appoint, remove, and replace individuals in positions of responsibility. This includes establishing leadership roles, defining responsibilities, and shaping the internal structure as the Association grows.

An Advisory Council may be established to provide insight and recommendations. This body exists in a supportive capacity and does not hold governing authority.

An Executive Committee may also be formed, consisting of individuals selected by the Chairman to assist in operations such as finance, partnerships, and organizational execution. All roles operate under the authority of the Chairman.

Membership within the Association is non-governing. Members participate in the economic network and its benefits but do not hold authority over leadership, ownership, or strategic control.

All major decisions, structural changes, and strategic direction remain under the authority of the Chairman. The Chairman maintains final decision-making power and the ability to approve or reject any proposal to ensure alignment with the Association’s purpose.

Continuity and Succession

The Office of the Chairman is established to ensure long-term continuity and protection of the Association.

The Chairman holds the exclusive authority to designate a successor who will carry forward the responsibilities and authority of the position. Succession may be assigned to a trusted individual, a member of the Chairman’s estate, or a chosen successor aligned with the vision and integrity of Asteroid World.

This structure is designed to preserve the mission, maintain stability, and ensure that the Association remains guided by its original purpose across generations.

Meetings and Communication

Asteroid World may hold an Annual Member Meeting, conducted virtually or in person, to share updates, review progress, and present future direction.

Ongoing communication with members may take place through digital announcements, platform updates, or other forms of direct communication to keep members informed and engaged.

All data is handled in accordance with the Association’s privacy practices and used solely to enhance the value provided to members.

Code of Conduct

Members agree to operate in good faith, honor commitments made within the network, and provide honest and fair value where applicable.

Members are expected to respect the private nature of the Association and contribute to an environment of integrity, trust, and mutual benefit.

Failure to uphold these principles may result in removal from the Association.
